Back in March we took a look at Atypical Games’ Infinite Tanks, an upcoming tank-battling game with an interesting card-based customization system that would let you create millions of different combinations of tanks. The game was just in beta during that time, but it still looked quite impressive, and besides the extensive tank customization aspect it also promised robust content for both single-player and multiplayer gaming. Today Atypical has announced that Infinite Tanks is coming “very soon" to iOS, macOS, and tvOS, and they’ve released this brand new trailer.
Interestingly, unlike the current king of tank battling games World of Tanks: Blitz (Free), Infinite Tanks is opting for the paid route and will launch at $4.99. This isn’t unlike Atypical’s previous games in the Sky Gamblers and Battle Supremacy series which charge an initial price up front and offer various types of additional IAP, so it’ll be interesting to see how this works out going into a genre that’s currently ruled by free to play. At any rate, Atypical’s games are always exciting to play and always offer some of the most cutting-edge visuals around, so we’ll be sure to give you the heads up when Infinite Tanks officially launches soon.
