Last year, Nexon was talking about how Titanfall games were in the works for mobile being created by related studio Particle City. Now, the first Titanfall mobile game has been revealed, and it’s a multiplayer card battler called Titanfall: Frontline. The studios are promising this takes place in real-time, which would be an interesting take on a crowded genre. You’ll be able to drop Titans, utilize burn cards, and even deploy Parkour (with a capital P!) in the quest to defeat your opponent.
No release date has been revealed for Titanfall: Frontline quite yet, but with Titanfall 2 releasing on October 28th, then I wouldn’t be surprised if the game showed up around or before then. The game hasn’t soft-launched yet in any obvious capacity on iOS, but that might be worth keeping an eye on our forums in the coming weeks to see if it pops up anywhere and one of our eagle-eyed regulars catches it. Until then, you can pre-register for the game at the official site to get an official launch week reward.
