Clash Royale (Free) developers continue to tease upcoming changes, and after talking about changes to Legendary cards and Level caps, a recent tweet is also teasing changes to Super Magical Chest drop rate, which will be good news for everyone around. If you don’t know what a Super Magical Chest is, well, it’s both super and magical. Outside that, Super Magical Chests give at least 6 Epic Cards, with the number of Epics increasing as you get into higher Arenas, plenty of coins, and more. However, many players have – rightly – complained about the number of Super Magical Chests they’ve received while playing the game to the point where players have created either apps that track Magical chests (like the one we wrote about a month ago) or even extensive cheat sheets showing Super Magical and Magical Chest drop probabilities.

So, in response to a player asking for more Super Magical Chests, the official Clash Royale twitter account responded with a simple Okay, just wait for the next update. So, either that one Twitter user turned the tide and single-handedly persuaded Supercell to give us more Super Magical Chests, or the upcoming update will address chest drop rates to our favor. I vote for the latter (although I’m all for power to the player). We’ll probably hear more details soon.
