Time makes fools of us all. But as time changes, so must we change. Such is the philosophy that Gameloft is seemingly using with Heroes of Order and Chaos (Free), their MOBA that’s maybe not getting the attention that Vainglory (Free) gets, but is still chugging along. In fact, Gameloft is about to do a huge visual overhaul of the game. Gone is the darkness, in is a brighter game look with more colors! It’s kind of like the trends in progressive metal album colors, but in a video game. And with fewer triangles. Check out some comparison shots:

Not only is the arena getting a facelift, the heroes are all getting redesigned, and new ones are inbound. Spectator mode is getting new options. A tournament series is being added. A new server will be added, and the menus are getting redesigned. These should all be welcome additions to a game that could stick around for a while longer with all these updates.
