Seriously, if you’re a big Warhammer fan, you need to count your lucky stars that Games Workshop is willing to spread their licenses out far and wide. Fan of the NFL? Hope you like the Madden games! Fan of Warhammer? Well, you get many, many games, all across many genres to play. The latest is the now-worldwide The Horus Heresy: Drop Assault (Free), published by Crooz and developed by Complex Games. This is basically a Clash of Clans (Free) take on the Warhammer universe, which feels kind of surprising that no one had done that already.
The game takes place during the eponymous Horus Heresy, which served as a civil war that set up the universe of Warhammer 40,000. In Drop Assault, you choose to play as either a Loyalist or Traitor, joining a legion, and getting to work at building your bases, attackers, and defenses. The game’s multiplayer boasts a Live Skirmish mode where you can take on another player in real-time online against another player, fighting to control points on a map in order to defeat the other player’s troops and win valuable prizes. While Clash of Clan clones are a dime a dozen on the App Store, at least the live multiplayer is an interesting addition, and hey, the theme makes for a great game about persistent war, eh?
I think the Apple Watch could be really interesting in combination with an iOS device. Like maybe you could use the small touch screen or digital crown as a control scheme, removing the need to clutter the screen with controls.
I defo think they will go that direction, personally i will NOT buy the apple watch unless they port xcom or some ffantasy games to the watch........

Im still a little confused on how the watch will work. You need to have a full app on your phone and it can be extended on your watch? so there wont be any apps that run without a phone at launch?
Correct: at launch only Apple apps will run without a phone present; later, that will be possible for third parties as well.
