Jujubee Games Announces Upcoming Turn-Based RPG ‘Spellcrafter: The Path of Magic’

Jujubee Games, creators of the Flashout ($2.99) series of racing games, have just announced their next game, which is going in a rather different direction: Spellcrafter: The Path of Magic is a turn-based RPG coming in the first quarter of 2015 to mobile. Players will explore a fantasy world and control a team of heroes in turn-based battles. The game will use a rune-based spell system where you have to draw spell runes with your finger to cast them, with spellbook consultation taking up additional time in battle. Check out a trailer for the game below:

Spellcrafter will take place in three different acts, with different protagonists in each one. The game is planned to launch in the first quarter of this year, so by the end of March, ideally. Spellcrafter will be a premium game with no in-app purchases, will be localized for EFIGS along with Russian and Polish. Jak się masz? This one’s got a good look to it and an original RPG for mobile is always appreciated. The developers are answering questions in our forums if you’re curious to find out more.
