Back in November, a new Need for Speed game was outed by way of a sticker on the front of Ken Block’s heavily modified 1965 Ford Mustang rally car. Not the most traditional way of announcing a game, but that’s besides the point. The name of the game was Need for Speed: No Limits, and later that month EA officially confirmed its existence and that it would be a new mobile game for iOS and Android. There still aren’t a ton of details about the game, but today a new official trailer was released showing some in-game footage, and it looks quite spectacular.
Need for Speed: No Limits will have a heavy focus on street racing, customizing your rides, and avoiding the cops. It harkens back to the excellent Need for Speed: Underground games from about a decade ago, which has me really excited. The game is being developed by Firemonkeys, which consists of plenty of people who have had a hand in creating the Real Racing games as well as previous Need for Speed games on mobile, so the pedigree is definitely there for this to be a real winner. Enjoy the flashy new trailer, and once more Need for Speed: No Limits details are revealed we’ll let you know.
