A great way to balance out the news of a Temple Run knock off is a… Totally unexpected complete iOS remake of the classic Sega Genesis Disney game Castle of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse– A game that was basically a required purchase for anyone who was a kid during the prime time of the Sega Genesis.

This seems to be a port of the PS3/Xbox 360 remake of the game, which is rocking a 72 on Metacritic with some reviews that really love it and others who dinged it for platforming difficulty and the relatively short play time. We’re going to be spending more time with the iOS version to see how the controls translate over, so stay tuned for a full review in the not too distant future.
