New ‘Deus Ex: The Fall’ Trailer Shows Off More In-game Footage, Playable at E3 Next Week

4849Logo - Deus Ex The Fall copyJust a couple of days ago, Square Enix announced a new game in the Deus Ex series called Deus Ex: The Fall. It’s set during the same timeframe as 2011’s Deus Ex: Human Revolution and is a direct sequel to the novel ‘Deus Ex: Icarus Effect’. Oh, and it’s coming exclusively to mobile devices. And this made a lot of people pretty mad.

I get it, the Deus Ex series has a passionate fan base, and when Square Enix began teasing a new title most of them expected a new console or PC title, not a mobile game. However, as far as mobile games go, Deus Ex: The Fall looks mighty impressive. Today Squeenix released a new trailer showing even more in-game footage.

Whether you’re excited or disappointed to see Deus Ex: The Fall arrive on mobile devices, one thing is certain: this is a highly anticipated title. Maybe you want it to be terrible, so you can say “Ha! I told you so! Now give me a PC game!" Or you want it to be good because you love Deus Ex and don’t care what platform a new game in the series is on.

Either way, we’ll be finding out soon as Deus Ex: The Fall will be playable at E3 next week, so add it to your TouchArcade (Free) app Watch List to get an alert when more news is posted or stop by the forums to give your own thoughts on this upcoming title.
