EA has released the first screens for their upcoming NCAA Football game for the iPhone and iPod Touch. No details have yet been announced, but we expect to hear more at E3 next week.
EA had previously revealed that NCAA Football 11 would be coming to the iPhone and iPod Touch this fall.

Any comment on the soundtrack/game music? Is it me or is this game screaming for doom/heavy metal soundtrack?

Oh, I really hope it's more of an ambient soundtrack or at least orchestral. I don't think it's screaming metal or anything like that (though I have nothing against metal).
This is one of the most exciting announcements of e3 news for me so far.
This is one game I don't mind how long it takes to come out. The previews so far have shown a game/experience with enormous promise. I hope that it comes through and is as good as we all hope it is.
It should be released when it is ready.

The pixel art really reminds me of an old classic of mine, Microprose's Darklands.
I am not exagerrating when I say this is easily my most anticipated game of 2010, across all game platforms. Possibly, second only to Starcraft 2. Possibly.
I was afraid this was only going to be for iPhone a while ago...glad there's an iPad versions too as I stopped buying iPhone games. Looks awesome.
Looks amazing. Makes me wish I had an iPad. I'm really looking forward to this. Not sure I understand the concept of the "B side" though. Is it more content, expanded content, completely different story?

Yeah, this is my most wanted game currently. Everything I have seen so far screams beauty, awe, excellence, charm, magic, etc etc etc. :) A definite day 1 buy for me.
