Story Line

This setting took place in Ueno, Tokyo.
The main character could not stand the corporate rat race anymore, and decided to call in sick for a few days.

As he was walking around Ueno Park, he stumbled upon an Ads looking for a "Sushi Disciple" that would like to be trained and he would be offered to run a Sushi restaurant if he/she passed the strict "Sushi Making Training"

Without hesitation, the main character applied to become a "Disciple".

So, how Far can you take your Sushi Chain™? Or are you going to call your boss and apologize?? It's really depend on your skill!
