A ninja Kakasuke hashimara from a distant village heard about a pharmaceutical company secretly developing bio-weapons along with more clandestine operations utilizing genetic engineering. Which backfired into an outbreak , turning normal humans beings to zombies.

Kaksuke’s little sister yumi was sent to a hospital in the same same city for her treatment.the hospital is overrun by zombies and abandoned from sometime now, but kakasuke still believes her little sister is inside somewhere,now kaksuke has to go after her and hope she’s alright.
