Mac OS X Snow Leopard is better.... Anyways, it looks like it will be: Zii Egg > iPod Touch > Zune HD. Personally Zii Egg looks much better than any of the other devices out there...
Zii Egg & Zune HD are all cool and everything but I`ve spent way too may cents on iphone apps, I cant ever go back to anything else. Even if I forget my investments here, I`ll still atleast wait a year or two to see if these two get some good appstore contend And btw wrong forums to ask this question. Find some place where you have neutral posters(best of luck. coz there is no such place )
Naw, I like 7 more, but I despise Macs with a passion, so there is my reasoning Okay, but for real, no more about this. Zii Egg will completely kill the iTouch, and it needs an App Store.
1. Zii Egg will NOT "completely kill the iTouch", as iPod touch has the advantage of being but a part of the total platform (it's the iPhone/touch platform, after all, and so sells to a wider consumer base). Also, Zii Egg will not be sold to individual retail consumers but to 3rd parties wishing to rebrand the hardware to their own brand and sell it if possible. 2. As much as people complain about Apple zealots (and there are quite a great deal and they are annoying as hell), I've actually found that most of the flame wars and snide remarks are started by Windows fanboys and/or anti-Apple haters. That wasn't the case here though. Regardless, I've yet to have as much fun on a Mac or Windows PC as I used to have on that old Amiga I used back in high school. Shame that the rights are in the air as they are, as I truly believe in a world where Linux via Ubuntu is gaining traction on netbooks, Android on smartphones, increased Mac sales, and GPU acceleration of applications like photo editors, video editors, etc. is just really starting to take off (which, btw, Amiga did many, many years ago), there's a market there for the good ol' venerable Amiga. *sighs...I miss that platform, guru meditation errors and all.
Does anyone else think that that the zii os looks like utter crap compared to zune and iPod. It reminds me completely of the retarded os from the iPod touch knock offs from Asia with more of a wanna be iPhone feel yams unatractive default icons and no retailer willing to sell them I predict fail
The hardware for the Zii Egg is only as good as the software that uses it. Also how much is it going to cost? I think i'd probably go for the PSP go, an iTouch does everything i want from a media player
Windows 7 RC has been out for a while and the release date is sometime this year. I saw a company taking pre orders if I'm not mistaken. But it is coming this year, not sure where u got your info from
