    1) That's something worth checking out, thanks !
    2) Probably related to low battery. I guess iDevices will limit available processing power when the battery level drops too much

A short list of the most major things that differ our games. And while they might seem not all that large, the actual gameplay is greatly different. We've bought EtD the day it was released and I spent quite a bit of time in it:
    1) Flips are in ZRT only. Even if you manage to make a flip in EtD (not sure if it is possible though), this will not give you any kind of reward. In ZRT however, making flips and tricks are the very basis of the gameplay. Flip or die so to say ;)
    2) ZRT is endless, EtD is greatly level-based. In fact while EtD features multiple (8 upon release) levels, each level is designed for a specific car. So if you beat level 2 in car B - then to beat level 3 you need to earn enough money to buy car C and then purchase enough upgrades for it. Rinse, repeat in later levels. In fact lower-tier cars are artificially made useless in EtD as you progress to a higher level. In ZRT we purposefully made all the cars "playable" - they do differ in things like speed, damage resistance, acceleration etc but skill is MUCH more important than a car. In fact while some cars seem better "on paper" we see that different people have their different favorites
    3) Skill - ZRT is all about skill. In EtD your upgrades kind of define how far your car will go. Actually in EtD your gun will auto-shoot until it depletes all the bullets. In fact in EtD by driving 'seriously' I could only go 10-20% farther then when I was only pressing acceleration button and doing something completely different. In ZRT skill is the key, and with skill and a bit of luck you can achieve great scores (personally I've never made it past 30 kilometers, while some testers reached in excess of 100 km !)

As a developer I really don't like to depreciate value of another dev's work and please don't treat the above points as bragging or anything. Basically ZRT and EtD are 2 completely different games with very different approach to gameplay that only share the environment and settings. EtD is much more a game of destruction, slow-motion, ragdoll carnage - almost like a tech demo. ZRT revolves around endless competitive play and tries to push your skills to the limit

Early next year (probably first or second week of January)

Oh, I didn't realize that flipping wasn't a mechanic in EtD. Since it's only level-based, I think I'll stick with ZRT. I like my games funny side up with a heavy sprinkling of replay value. :D

Finally managed to get 100km! The game is great! It has amazing sound effects and really good sound effects. Also because the game is so skill based, you are not forced to upgrade to higher cars or weapons to get highscores. It's a super addicting game an I love it!

I'm adding my pic in as well ^^ I barely got into 50000m hehe.

I got a question btw on your QA process, do you guys use the charles web debugging proxy? The reason I'm asking is that my friend mentioned about it and I'm interested to see if a lot of developers use this application (also I want to check it out just to expand my knowledge regarding QA testing on mobile apps).

Lol you got 58k, the multiplayer have you 100k points.

The cars statement is true, If you are good enough you can use any car to get a high score. The armoured car is something i dislike, but i fell in love with the beetle. I'm now trying to unlock every car.

First of all - massive congratulations to Kofiaa for first 100km (which was a while back btw). Huge congrats to spikeyflip and cho777 for their scores as well (both crossing 50km marks. 100k score is different than 100k distance due to the score multiplier)

Now... there is a major problem that we have trouble solving. As it turns out, gifting on AppStore comes with some major constraints regarding gifting (eg - you can't buy gifts from gift-card based accounts, you can only buy using Credit Card / PayPal, can only buy in your country of residence and so on)

We are currently asking some of our friends in US for help and we hope that we will have it all work out soon. Still - I want to sincerely apologize for the problem

So if you live in US - please give us a bit more time. If not - please let me know about it and I'll try to think of a different solution

    ---

@spikeyflip - we're using TestFlight only. It has all that we need - reports logs from your games (we know how much you scored, how much time you played, what weapons you bought etc - all that is needed to fine-tune and balance the game). It also reports crashes with crashlogs so we can quickly see potential errors (though there were none...)

Our QA in ZRT consisted of a few stages:
    1) Our own testing, brainstorming, and constant fights about design ;)
    2) Pre-alpha test to which we invited a few of game developers, which helped us establish the final mechanics in the game. Such tests are made on a greatly unfinished product - you don't need polished graphics, the game doesn't need to be stable and crash-proof etc
    3) Friends & Family tests - mostly for stability (more devices, more chances to crash) and major impressions ("hey, this is/isn't fun", "i like / don't like graphics/sound" etc). Unfortunately such tests are biased, as your friends usually won't tell you that your game is crappy ;)
    4) Beta tests like the one you're participating in. This is much more open, the game needs to be almost finished (we found out in previous games that testing games with no final art isn't giving you appropriate feedback. Most people here are gamers, not QA specialists and in such circumstances will focus on missing textures). It does wonder to tracing those final bugs ("this is not working on iPhone X with iOS Y"). However, in case of ZRT beta test gave us the most in terms of balancing and seeing user engagement in game. Some of you spent tons of hours in it and the whole store is balanced around your progress logs

    Hey MikeSz,

Ahh didn't realize the testflight app had that many functions ^^;; good to know. Thanks for the thorough response regarding your QA process ^_^

Not in a hurry to get my credit as I'm still working on getting a longer distance :)

Can you scratch that then? I thought it was 100000 after the multiplier because it was showed that way in GC. Ill play more and post another picture when I get 100000m

Challenge accepted, when i reached 100k i stopped because i was worried something would happen lol.

I hope there will be a high score and distance achieved tables. I think the distance achieved well be something everyone will be going for.

In the stats section, you have "total games played" listed twice

Just noticed something on the roulette wheel. Looks like it gave me 1000 coins instead of 500. I took some pics before and after because I noticed this earlier but with the 250 coin payout and decided to take some screenshots when doing the spins.

So on the left is before the spin and the right is showing I won 500 but I received 1000 coins instead.

Sorry to say that, but we're probably not going to invite any more testers...

;) Something will happen - you will start earning ridiculous amounts of money. Which is a bug actually - we only show a maximum of "x5" multiplier, but the counter didn't stop there until today

It's fixed in dev version though

Added to the board, great idea

    Fixed, thanks !

Great eye ! We didn't notice it before at all. And it's not just 500->1000, but 250 gives a broken value as well... Well, was giving. Fixed :)

    THANKS !

The 100 coin is not giving the right value also.

Any chance of adding more variety to the missions? I didn't see any missions like doing X number of decapitations, or combining tricks and kills such as performing a 2X backflip/frontflip while killing zombies from above. That would be great challenges specially if a high amount of coins are attached to those :)
