Zombie Mansion is now listed as "Ready for Sale" in iTunes Connect according to the developer. I've managed to get a free promo code so I'll be trying it out now, then posting my thoughts here after. I'll also look out for the link in iTunes once its "officially" out.
Just a few Qs: How much? What is the gore level? Controls? Graphics? Framrate? Lifetime of game? ..What are all these like with Zombie Mansion.
I don't see it in iTunes/App Store Edit: didn't read your post carefully. What exactly is iTunes connect?
iTunes Connect is a section of iTunes only available to developers. I'm having troubles redeeming my code since promo codes are only redeemable in the US. If there is anyone with an address or US account I can use, it would be greatly appreciated.
You can always give the code to me.... But anyways, I don't think anyone is going to give you their account information, it has their credit card on it...lol
No, some people have "free" accounts with no information on it. If anyone wants to lend a "free" account or fake information I can use, that would be great.
I have been playing/testing it for a few days and its hard to review the game at this point. I kind of like it.
Sorry, spoke too soon Looks like I spoke too soon. It appears my US account that was set up with music promo codes has been deactivated! I never use it for apps as it is a pain to try and manage 2 stores and change locations for updates, etc. And now I can't access it! Dammit! Try googling instructions on how to set up a free US account. Basically you will need a different email address, a state in the US that does not have sales tax and the zipcode info for that state. Change to the US store and then select Sign in and Create New Account. Set up the account and use the promo code as your payment option.
Apple are experiencing MAJOR iTunes server issues. Users are currently frozen out of their accounts. More info here. EDIT: I now have it on good authority Zombie Mansion will be released onto the store tomorrow. See attached image. R-Fly
lol, came out a couple minutes before you wrote that. http://forums.toucharcade.com/showthread.php?threadid=2048
I'm starting to play it, and the only real downside seems to be the controls. They aren't that bad, but it would have been nice to have a virtual analog stick or accelerometer support.
Controls are funky and there are too many bugs to count. There are weird issues where you can walk through walls and get stuck in rooms or even worse die. I attached a few screens of the game just for the heck of it.
