They definitely need to do a better job of explaining that...unless they did. Also it's hard to scroll up and down through your items in battle as it doesn't always register touch to scroll up and down.
There are several things they could explain better. I just went around town talking to everyone and just happened upon that soldier guy. Still wondering what harvester sprites are, because I am apparently missing 2 on the prison level but I went through the entire thing again without finding anything new. Also not really sure how the weapon leveling works.
There's definitely some massive potential in this game but there needs to be a better explanation system in place for crafting, party selection and a map could add a great deal to an already amazing game.
Harvester sprites are those little pink fairy things hidden in the worlds that give you crafting components when you find them.
I have 114mb cellular data logged.. Unless you don't register your account.. Just maybe. Also I am quite sure every time you logged into the game there are data downloaded from the server. Else how do u explain the patch they did to the gate without submitting to .
I'm not sure how their connection works but I'm assuming it just downloads updates if available when you start the game on Internet. If not, it just starts the game like normal in offline mode. That's my only guess. However I tested playing for an hour offline, everything played fine. Though once yesterday I did lose my progress because the checkpoint didn't register me or glitched? Now I'm afraid of checkpoints. I definitely would just like a quicksave like other FF titles when I exit.
How hidden are they? Like I said, I have 7/9 on the prison level which I figure would be an easy level to find them on, yet I'm not seeing any more.
Am I the only one finding this game tough? I've made it to the bottom of the prison to turn off the alarm and get to the green door where you have to face this boss. I'm out of of potions at this point and stand no chance. Did I miss something?
You kill all the enemies up to that point? Also maybe you haven't touched your skill points. The game tells you about it a bit too late imo but you should work on your skill tree. The best place to start would be the left side for heavy attack upgrades which is probably your best skill at this point.
No, I was using up so many potions that I started avoiding enemies lol. Sometimes I had to use two per battle. Should I have killed them all? If so am I screwed? I know I'm not super far in but I really just don't want to have to all over. I'm almost lvl 5 but only have 40 job points. Seems like I'm completely boned without potions. Perhaps I just suck lol.
It's also ridiculous that you can't get any information about the skill tree branches until you've unlocked the nodes. You really should be able to tap on a given node to see what it does, whether or not it's unlocked.
They've really got to release a digital art book, like a premium off or something with high res images. That would really put the talent on display and do something other mobile games do not engage in. I mean, the world they've created is absolutely stunning.
How did you do the prison dungeon again? Maybe its just me but im stucked between the world map and the city map. There are no buttons to get out of the maps. (
Hey! Umm.. I'm not sure exactly what area but I feel like it would be in the upper most area of the prison (maybe purple?) since it's the last quest. I definitely know he's in the center of the area with 2 geko monster npcs on the bottom left floor. Sorry if it's not that much help. Maybe I should try to reenter the map and look around. Hmm.. that's a tough one. I think you can edge out every battle minus boss battles without potions. I think when low on health, you should always fly back to a checkpoint to heal. That's the best way to avoid potions. You also get healed when you level up. I would say try to go back and do those battles again. Focus on using heavy attacks first (so they can recharge), killing the weaker enemies first (reduce enemy damage quicker). The debuff skill on the soldier I haven't found any use for since I can't really tell if I'm doing more damage with the debuff on so ignore that and just attack or defend if you think a big attack is coming.
I gotta say, I'm not super impressed with this game. If I had the choice of rethinking my purchase I would hold off. It's very clear that this was meant to be a free to play game, and I honestly think it would have been better off that way. Everything about the game says free to play and yet its not. They didn't even bother to change things so that it feels like a premium game. They have a spot to add friends and connect to Facebook. Why? It has no functionality. I hope it comes in the future cause this just feels like its unfinished. The art is clearly the selling point. But if the game doesn't play well, the art is just irrelevant. Honestly I was just expecting more. Not worth the 10$ IMO.
I'll try and teleport back to start and see how I do. I just hate to start over even at this point. I was doing ok at first then in one battle I went through FOUR potions. None of my attacks were doing any damage until my creature's attack finally took out an enemy and I was able to finish the others off. If game wasn't so gorgeous I'd give up.
Honestly a hard cover book would be cool for that matter. I use to love getting little art books for game pre-orders and this game is super pretty.
Was that a boss? I know one eyeball looking enemy takes no damage when he's charging his super attack so I usually use defensive moves during that turn. The game gets a bit easier once you get your third unit (who probably - most likely - is the best party member) who has a guaranteed stun move and a taunt move. Found it. Top floor in the middle of the purple zone.
Thanks lawliet found him.. Releasing him was the choice I made and I don't regret it.. Got a ring which double my defense and a water scimitar for the girl.. Double attack
