Please allow me to reveal exactly what you'll REALLY experience. The game will be fun when you first start. Cute anime girls, building up your school, training troops and collecting resources, and socializing with other players. Then, you'll notice progression slows down around level 13. You'll be scouted by other players and attacked if you have resources. In the process, you'll lose almost all of your troops you've trained for over a month in less than 30 seconds. You'll have almost all of your resources stolen and will have to struggle to get enough resources to heal the students that where wounded. Your enablers you unlocked will be held prisoner for days, disabling any an all buffs and skills they gave you. If your lucky, they will release them and not execute them. Execution will make you wait even longer to clone your enabler. Each city (server) appears to have at least 1 overpowered Chinese player (or hacker) to basically plays emperor. There is usually one extremely aggressive alliance that people will join just so they can't be attacked by them on a daily basis. This constant aggression against you is intended by the developer. In order to grow in the game, you'll have to spend $25.00 a month (plus more most likely) to get enough diamonds to purchase peace shields to prevent other players from attacking you. The problem is, you'll never grow fast enough to hold off against the aggressive players. The game's core mechanics rewards aggressive players and holds back players who are more peaceful. They even have a "Kill Troop Event" where you earn rewards for killing thousands of troops in other player's schools. I've played this game peacefully while paying for the monthly card to protect myself. I've played for well over a year and I'm level 26 (30 being the maximum). I've seen aggressive players slaughter other players and get to the maximum in a few months. The problem is that this aggression chases away new players from the game and the population of my server (City 47) has dropped drastically sense I first joined. If I knew this game was like THIS when I first started, I would never have started playing it. The only reason I still play is the other players I've met while playing this horrible game. ramzarules Well-Known Member Sep 13, 2014 2,112 128 63 Greece #6 ramzarules, Jun 1, 2018 maybe you are new to those kind of games, but they all share the same experience you describe: pvp and getting attacked and “zeroed” as they call it, and doing the same to the other players yourself. Every Clash of clans, game of war, and their countless likes since the most recent Iron Throne and Gardia Empire have this core mechanic so people who pay thousands can enjoy destroying others who paid thousands. I feel sorry for the money you spent while playing a game that was obviously not for you - but then, you persisted playing and paying after you got attacked and zeroed. The only similar game i know that has trading instead of pvp is Elvenar. But seriously, all these “strategy” pvp games are for whales to duke it out with exactly the same gameplay. emma1234 New Member Jun 1, 2018 2 0 1 Female canada #7 emma1234, Jun 2, 2018 This game is alright.
