It took me long enough to notice there were more than two flippers on Sorcerer's Lair. I would blame the small screen, but I think it's probably just me taking ages to get used to new tables. Also, a question: Is it generally considered that the Wolverine table performs better than Captain America? Which one is actually more fun to play?
I like the Wolverine table better, but since I already have it on 360 and didn't have the Captain America table yet, I've only bought Captain America on iOS. It's fun and has more ramps/objects, but I prefer Wolverine....it's just personal preference really.
Decided to go with Wolverine. I'm loving the artwork, wasn't too sure about the characters because they kinda break the realistic, mechanical feeling that Zen nails so well, but they're really not too bad after all. Is there a specific reason why the Sorcerer's Lair table has existing local scores to beat but Wolverine (and I'm assuming Capt. America) doesn't? Also... Zen Pinball players need to add me on OF (MidianGTX) so I can find out just how bad at pinball I really am
There are local scores at the dlc tables, you need to slide where you see the glowing line next to wolverine/capt.america.Then all leaderboards, challenges and pro score will appear!
Yeah I can see where it is on the menu, but on the DLC tables it's just my name and nothing else. On Sorcerer's Lair it has existing initials such as GYU, BAL, SZN, etc.
Yes. No probs at all. I am very sorry for you. Maybe try to delete and install the game once more. I hope it will keep your local scores (maybe not). I know it sounds like Windows but it helped me when Asphalt 6 started to crash on iPad 1 + 2.
Very strange as they appear for me as on Sorcerer's liar. With initials that is. I've encountered another strange bug in Sorcerer's Liar upon entering the arachnid liar or spider dungeon or whatever it is called. The whole screen bumps to the left, leaving the table almost invisble and after inevitably losing the ball in the main screen the flippers don't work anymore.Anyone else?
I'm seeing all of my local scores on all three tables but have to admit it was not all that intuitive as to how to get to them (as already stated, scrolling left or right from the window with the table's text description).
Yes. There are lots of built-in puzzles. Another way to view local highscores during gameplay is to stop (trap) the ball and wait a few seconds. They will show up sooner or later in the dot matrix display.
My best game EVER on Sorcerer's Lair. Only had 1 extra ball. Okay, please give me at least 2 hours to bask in the glow of my score before one of you tops it. Darn, doesn't look like I can link to the photo on twitter. Score was 237,279,744 points.
Congrats BlueFrog! Awesome. You are All Time World Leader Sorcerer's Lair Overall Scores. How long did you play for that score—and on which device? Give us some tips please. Okay, only one extra ball. I had games with more than one extra ball and didn't get 10 % of that score. I wished at least ONE of the iOS pinball manufacturers would invent something like a video of the best players/runs they can upload (some racer games can do that). In arcade halls I love to play pinball but I even love to watch profs playing. You can learn a lot. It would be cool to watch BlueFrog playing such a record, wouldn't it?! tA! Be proud that a tA member is international champion of this fabulous new video pinball game!
