Sadly, yes, still no iphone 5 screen support, and it's annoying as hell because it s make you misses a lot, taping in the black empty space. Playing this game on my nexus 7 anyway, but i hope they'll support ip5
Amazing....all thus hype and build up and they don't support the iPhone 5 which has only been out 6 months now with what 50 million activations the last two quarters?
Yeah. It's ridiculous. I find it works better in landscape on the iPhone 5 as my thumbs don't naturally rest in the black area, whereas in portrait, i find myself tapping in the black all the time.
Woo made it to top 20 on Episode V! Very fun table first one I have actually done pretty well on. Hopefully this image doesn't come out big sorry if it does.
loving the Boba Fett table! Can't help but notice the leader boards for it are substantially lower than the other 2.
So of all the available tables what does everyone think is the best? I have sorcerers lair and episode v, I like sorcerers more gameplay wise. I want another table though so looking for opinions.
I have most of the tables, but still waiting for the separate SWP app. Of the non-Marvel I like Sworcerers Lair by a long way, but of the Marvel tables I would say Blade, Civil War, Avengers and Thor make up my favourite 5. Blade has a nice open table with great atmosphere, Civil War is maybe an acquired taste as it is a little claustrophobic at first until you get used to the angles, but great when you start the battles and choose Iron Man or Cap America. Avengers allows you to play as the 6 characters with different coloured balls and scoring techniques, which is a novel experience, finally Thor is an easy recommend as the table is fairly forgiving and the mini games are simple to get into and real fun. Hope you find this of some use. Can't wait for the SW app, what happened to it
Wow, ESB is unplayable on the 4th gen iPod touch even with no apps running in the background and plenty of memory freed up. Very choppy, laggy, and sluggish. I guess I'll have to wait until I upgrade to a better device. It looks like it's a great table too.
I LOVE the Star Wars tables. All three are really amazing! Very different as well. I was first only interested in the Episode V table. But since that one was so good I also went for the other two, and I don't regret it. Each table has it's very own feel... and they are pretty much three of the best Zen tables at the moment.
I had exactly the same. I didn't buy any tables from Zen since Thor,i was a bit tired of all the long cut scenes in the marvel tables. I wasn't expecting much but i couldn't resist a Star Wars table. Bought episode V and it blew me of my socks. Got all 3 of 'm now and i'm really impressed. Good work Zen!
I just hope we will be able to restore purchases if they launch new ,Star Wars only themed pinball app, as they announced it.
The tables bought in the ZP app will not be transferable according to the devs. I am waiting for the Star Wars app as there are apparently extra features, but the downside will be the leaderboards and overall Pro Score.
Where is the standalone app? And zero comment on both the standalone and iPhone 5 support from the developers makes me nervous...
The standalone app is apparantly approved, but held up with Apple for some unknown (to the devs) reason. Patience my friends.......
Any clues? All new game content (like extra modes) or just cute little extras like artwork from the source materials used (like a video clip of Bobba Fett from Ep. V).
Not sure, but have asked the question on twitter. I would love extra content and GC achievements, but its probably going to be something like videos or maybe a photo gallery. SW music to listen to on ipod mode would be an awesome feature for me.
I've read somewhere that the main feature is a Light Side/Dark Side meter that changes depending on how you play. The source - can't remember which site it was, I found it simply by googling "star wars pinball standalone app" - wasn't very clear about the mechanics, though.
