This is no longer funny!! I downloaded the update hopping it would fix it but no, still nothing! I took the plunge and deleted and reinstalled it. It allowed me to use the cloud save and worked!!! However, once you close the app, do something also and then try to reopen it the same issue happens again. I then deleted again but it was my old cloud save. Please can you stop ignoring my issue and take it seriously!
First of all, thank you for playing zap zombies, and I am so sorry about the inconvenience! So what I have understood is that you are having 2 issues. please correct me if I misunderstood your points. 1. you can't get connected to game, and you are worrying about loosing IAPs that you have purchased. 2. you played zap zombies after you reinstalled the game. But after you went off-line, the cloud didn't save the gameplay. To check and correct the issue, we need you to provide us your CS ID, which is under the setting page in the game. We'll do our best to solve the problem that you are facing. Again, I am so sorry about the inconvenience!
Man this game is soo much, best tap game Im looking for atm. Show this to my gf and she likes it alot too. Good job guys On a side note, I request more blood or gore pls, thats what make zombie game best right?
Thanks for your response. Yes, you are correct apart from the fact that after disconnecting from the game I can't connect open it again therefore need to de-install the re-install. When doing this I noticed it hadn't save my game. My CS id is: - uQNRInJrP1 Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Feedback Hi, I'm an experienced clicker gamer. I love the game so far. I've awakened maybe 17 times so far. My Implant seed hasn't been great but aside from that the game has been pretty cool. I love Tap Titans so this is very similar to that. I'd love to make some recommendations 1. Batch upgrade button or feature - allow us to purchase upgrades in installments of 10, 100 or 1000. Its annoying to hit the button 50 times on a hero to get them to level 50 etc. I spend just as much time leveling as I do tapping ! 2. Ability to salvage implant biochips - if you get one you dont want you should be able to sell it off. 3. More permanent upgrades with crystals - I love the ability to start at level 50 but I'd love more practical long term uses for my crystals. 4. Some kind of perma attacks - I'd love a feature that lets me move forward without having to tap. Tap Titans has perma clone and perma war cry. I may not have gotten enough biochips yet, im guessing theres one that extends the durations of everyones special attacks. But I'd love to be able to work up to a more passive experience and spend more time on strategy than just tappping and leveling. 5. Im sure everyone asks for this one but I'd love more upgrades in the lab. Right now because there are onl 4 thigns I level them all up fairly equally without thinking too strategically where to invest. I'd like more to do with it by adding more upgrades.
