I got a response from the developer about Knighturn's unfortunate disappearance from App Store and posted the details in the Knighturn thread.
I've got some hidden gems for ya. In fact, some of these gems are so hidden that they're practically invisible. EEK! by Don't Step On The Cracks iTunes Link Object avoidance game similar to Fireball SE and Tilt to Live. I love the minimalist style in this game. It's also hard as nails. High score chasing at it's finest. infinite by Nexus Game Studio iTunes Link Arcade Life said: ''Unique, mesmerising skill-based experience designed around flawless controls''. This game deserves just as many accolades as were given to Super Hexagon, and yet only a handful of people have played it. Gauge - Game by Game Atelier iTunes Link I really like this quote from the Edge review of this game: "Forget far-future super-soldiers, the armies of hell, or even the staggering horsepower of next years Ferrari: Gauge puts you in charge of nothing more spectacular than an expanding line, and the results are astonishingly entertaining." Nuff' said. Oh! Cube by Auer Media & Entertainment Corp iTunes Link If you like Picross/Picross 3D, or picture puzzlers in general, you'll want to check this out. The art is adorable, and there are loads of puzzles included for the minimal price. Monkey Labour - 80s handheld LCD retro game by Dawn of Play iTunes Link A fantastic homage to the LCD Game and Watch games of the 80s. This is by the same developers that made the awesome ''Tetris in reverse'' puzzler Dream of Pixels. They're super talented.
^^^ Definitely two games worth checking out. I love em both... dunno why I didn't list em! =oO And thanks to Andy for pointing me towards Eek! It took a couple days to grow on me - but it's a really great game. =oD
1. Avenging Spirit 2. Road Blaster HD 3. Lords of Midnight 4. Pocket Tanks 5. Organ Trail director's cut
There's my 5 hidden gems, and the only IAP in that lot is a full game unlock for Gauge - Game. Let me know if you want more!
Hmm... Cubes Vs. Spheres **this game is OUTSTANDING** it did have some fantastic dev support, even though the sales were in the crapper. I really wish it could have done well...
1. Infinite (see Andy's post) 2. Ant Raid - casual RTS game with cute graphics and high production values 3. Rescue City - a very nice line drawing time management game.
Knighturn and it's predecessor, Sword & Earrings (Sw&Ear), are avaliable on App Store again for the time being. A sequel, Kingturn, is being release on April 12. The developer might remove or update Knighturn/Sw&Ear in the near future due to differences between the Andriod versions.
Good picks all around; Partia is great... I'm surprised more people don't recognize it. You can't go wrong with Aliens Versus Humans.
Been trying to get my hands on the majority of your all time favorites. Definitley grabbing Knighturn and will keep my eyes out for the sequel. Been playing Partia lately, definitely a good one. My top5 hidden gems: New Star Soccer - This one sucks me in hardcore, huge soccer fan Drop 7/Eighty Eight - Eighty-eight essentially evolved drop 7 a little further, great timewaster Dice Soccer - Roll the dice to play soccer, currently some stability issues really hoping they fix it Dungeon Raid - already mentioned but just a great game Crazy Bill - Vertical Runner essentially, very strong replayability and lots of fun

It's really sad, but Zombies. does seem like a hidden gem. It's one of the best DSS games on the iOS, and oozing with style and polish.
