1. c. I believe we should only restrict the freedom of the individual as a last resort. 2. See question 1 3. Both B and C. Maybe a bit of A as well. Not to mention viable economic potential. 4. The government funded propaganda so prevelent a few decades ago has certainly cemented the "drugs are bad" school of thought in our country's youth. 5. Yes 6. It sounds like your "report" was terribly biased at it's conception. "why do think people are against drugs" By saying this your assuming that people think drugs are bad, this automatically announces your "moral position on the matter" and as such becomes less of an educated report, than fabrication of misleading context.
