Ok so maybe name a few of your favorite Wii games, I'm guessing the party games would be the cooler ones since the Wii is a "social/party" console, but any other great games too that I should check out...

I just got the Wii last week...

Also, are there any Wiiware games I should look into, I only got World of Goo so far and heard good things about Tetris but not much else....the online portion of the Wii is very weak and ugly compared to 360, but I shouldnt compare at all....

The Bit.Trip series is awesome! Cave Story was amazing as well.

As lame as it is compared to the first two in the series, Super Paper Mario is a great game, albeit a step in the completely wrong direction. I also found the Resident Evil Chronicles games to be a ton of fun, as well as first party games like Zelda, Brawl, and Mario Kart. I also found Sam and Max Season 1 to be extremely entertaining, and despite it's technical flaws, was one of the funniest games I've played.

Honestly, though, just pick up a Gamecube controller and a memory card and get Custom Robo for the Gc. It's arguably the best original series to come from Nintendo, but unfortunately they don't seem to have any plans to bring it to the wii.

Monster Hunter Tri is a very addicting game, especially if you have wifi for the wii. I'd also reccomend the Metroid Prime Trilogy, as Prime 3 Corruption was already awesome, with two extra games. Finally, I'd reccomend The Conduit 2 once it comes out, if you don't have another console.

We do like it, we're lovin' the 3DS. We even love the great Wii games, we just don't love that there are only 10-15 of them.

Dude you have no idea. It is the worst looking game out there, and the voice acting is miserable. The sounds are downright laughable. Yet you will never find a more awesome arcade style on-rails light gun shooter on the Wii. There are other good ones out there, but this one is pure nostalgia and like I said, everything is so laughable its fun. And it's a pretty good challenge if you put it on hard. I'd suggest it to anyone. It's amazing.

no the problem is you can't seem to like more games that fine but to say "only" its a bit sad attempt to win people over.

It's pretty common knowledge that the Wii caters more towards families, young children and "casual" gamers and that so-called "hardcore" gamers have more or less been left in the lurch with this console. I'm not a family, nor am I a child, nor am I casual. There are many like me around, and there are not many games available on the Wii that we can relate to. It's not difficult to understand.

I'm not looking forward to it. At all. Golden Eye was a classic and always will be a classic, and will always be remebered holding the damn 64 controller. It's not even a real remake. I love Golden EYe to death but have you played it recently (on the 64)? It's terrible hahahahah the controls are miserable and I don't know how in the hell I even played that game. Some games are just better left as a memory. Most are great to play from a nostalgic point of view, but some are just meant to be left behind hall of fame glass.
