This sentence is simply a lie. Since it is rather meaning "From now on, we will ignore you completely." I'm slightly sad, that TA is handling criticism this way muting my voice (even the positive one) on the front site. I hope, one day I will be able to write a front site comment again, since I don't want to go the tricky way using other IPs, addresses or names.
