It's also bad news for developers. Most games only have a buzz and make most of their money the first few days so when people can't get the game at release...well some will forget and go on to other games. Probably won't hurt THIS game but it hurts lesser known titles for sure. Get it together Apple... just throw a spare billion dollars at the problem.
I haven't wanted to download a game right at release in months. Then I get "no longer available". Bummer. I know a great solution to this problem though. Just wait. It will be out eventually.
You must not build a boat until Apple says so. I guess when your swimming in money you can afford to turn down business every week... pretty annoyed at this point
I miss steve jobs apple is run like crap now! He would not of approoved of half the stuff apple has released and the buggy o/s 8 is garbage.
Have been waiting for this for ages ever since I completed their first game. No problems here in Australia. App Store works fine. 5/5
'This item is no longer available' in U.S. App Store = sad panda. I really dug 10000000 and was looking forward to this.
Same error in Canadian store. Will keep trying for a couple of hours, but at least gives me something to look forward to tomorrow morning. <crosses fingers>
Yeah, While he was alive, no app ever had this issue because he actually cared and individually verified them.
Easy everyone. I'm sure it's just a blip. We can all wait another day to get the game. The world still turns.
hooray for glorious nippon going back to buildin my boat, later y'all (I do feel for you guys, this is ridiculous)
Same in Switzerland. Same as last week with Sproggiwood and Desktop Dungeon. I think, Apple will fix this soon (but not soon enough (-; )
Oh snap! The app store finally just took my password. ... then told me "no longer available". That's what we refer to in my part of the world as a "cruel joke".
For anyone who managed to grab it, can you play this one in landscape mode? From the screenies it looks like only portrait mode. For 100000000 it was a bit hectic to hold the device in portrait (for me) so I'm hoping this one can be played in landscape.
