That was an annoying one. I think you just need to last long enough and get lucky enough to get that many. And don't stop matching.
Good lord. Took me 14 hours to complete! Guess I got my money's worth. 37 (out of 40 I assume) monsters found.
I loved the first one, but I don't think this game is at all a masterpiece. The inability to track upgrades and buffs alone is a significant disappointment. And I know story is not a selling point here, but for me there is a big difference between "escape this dungeon" and "wander aimlessly on this boat."
Nope. I think these games play better on a small screen, though. You can play one-handed a lot easier. I mostly want iCloud so I can delete if necessary and not lose my progress.
You have to match 33 of the brain tiles and 33 of the arm tiles in one run. Or to be more precise, you have to "collect" 33 each, which means that the bonuses for matching 4 or more tiles count too. Out of 39.
What am I doing wrong? I've upgraded everything to the max, have plenty of gold and other currencies, but I can't complete the quest that requires me to break ten crates with a crate bomb. I guess I have bad luck, but 100+ runs and nothing.
I think it does just come down to luck. I was on that one for a long while and then I started a new run and right off the bat I had a crate bomb and 9 crates on the screen. One move and I got the tenth one and it was over. I almost did a dance.
luck might be involved if there were 10 crates on the board as soon as you got the bomb. but otherwise, it's not really luck. you wait till you get a crate bomb. then you wait until there are 10 crates on board before you blast it. that's all there is to it. if you die before 10 crates come on the board, try again with the same crate bomb in the next game. i think you everyone will have the satchel by the time this mission comes up, so you can carry the bomb from game to game.

I've gotten fairly far into the game and the latest upgrade to my boat is Agneti's garden. Unlike the other upgrades, it doesn't seem to do anything. Am I missing something?
Sorry might be a dumb question, but what does the horn on the top right do? Once you fill up the meter it appears and then it kind of fast forwards past a couple of monsters? So it makes you progress further or does it do something else as well?
Not that I've seen, even after finishing. Another person will also show up in a bit who didn't immediately do anything either, but he will later when you finish.
