Why would you NOT want additional weapons, skills, customization, enemies, robotic units on your game?
Agreed. That is one cool thing that's oddly removed. It creates a scary dynamic "movie" scene that for me makes it even more intense. I hope people complain it back in Also did someone say EW is supposed to have your units speaking their country's language? I thought that was cool that's not here though I noticed they don't have any Asian country packs when I googled it. Bummer.
It's understandable if it was indeed cut in the iOS version - given the size limits its probable that was one of the few things cut (saves on space that would have to be consumed by multiple language audio files). Let's just imagine that all our squad members went through English language training prior to getting drafted into X-com, ok?
Damn no wonder! Was it Rosetta Stone? I need one of those programs. These soldiers all sound so fluent and even a bit cocky I agree on the size. I guess they could make downloadable free content but they probably didn't want to bother. I was quite pleasantly surprised that the app was only 300 MB more than the original. Though I hope that doesn't mean later down the road a lot of stuff is missing.

I think the iCloud issues is also causing the slowness of the Save Game dialogue I'm experiencing. Because this morning on my commute they where superfast, but I got the message that iCloud was not available (since I was not on Wifi).

Does anyone know if operation progency or slingshot is included? It's the council missions that reward you with a badass triad and a psychic French woman. I haven't got that far into the game but the helmets from those packs are missing

So after 10 hours of playing on my iPhone 5s, I came here to answer my own questions ...YES! The horribly slow camera panning from EU is gone for good! The game just feels a lot faster. I can't express how much I enjoy it now.

Cloud saves I too am having trouble with cloud saves. Using a iPhone 6 and a iPad air. Can't seem to save to the could from either of them. I've tried over cellular and two different wifi networks. Any suggestions?
