VirtualBoy, thanks a lot for the reply on the 4s! i close all the apps and restart my phone as well in big games lke IB3 and they work fine. I would just like a bit more feedback about the loading seconds on 4s if anyone remembers / can test it on a 4s. If it's one big loading for a mission, i'm ok with that . But if it's big loading every time you need to do something, like buy satelites, upgrades, soldiers etc, it will prevent me from playing the game from frustration.
I play it on my iPad 3, and used to play it on my 4S. Loading times were more or less the same and didn't feel as if they were too long. In the end I stopped playing on the 4S mainly because it occupied 3GB of disk space, but it worked fine for me. Btw, bear in mind that I always deactivated all voice acting in game, because crashes were far less often with voice off than with voice on.
good news so far! can i ask for how many seconds loading was (if you can remember), and how often they occured? once before a mission, or in every action you did?
I don't remember how long they took, but once in the mission it didn't have loading times as far as I remember. The experience was similar to that in the iPad, but with a smaller screen.

I think it has a lot of voice acting, but I play with it off because of performance. I also like the story, it's very cool, even though when you play a second time around you already know the process
Just have to close out all apps and restart your device every time before you play. Used to play on a mini all the time with little to no problems. Probably experienced 1 crash for every 2 hours of consecutive playtime on average.
For anyone interested, this game works wonderful on my iphone 4s. The loading times are about half a minute since you start the app, and half a minute to load a game or a mission. The graphics are wonderful, the gameplay is just like the pc version, and the UI actually works with tap and confirm to move / shoot. I can't wait to see it on a new ipad around december! Very impressed, and i don't regret my 9 euro in the least! plays much better than banner saga in every aspect! Edit : i just wish we could have armor and helmet colors, as it's easier to distinguish your soldiers from afar like that.
I've only launched it and played a few turns of a single mission, but barring any bugs nastily hidden beyond that point, yep!
Depends, I am finding graphical glitches on iPhone 6 plus and it's really laborious to scroll the screen. Probably just the device rather than the OS
