I enjoyed Halo 3 multiplayer for a few days. Single player was fairly generic in most parts with one or two impressive moments. That's about as far as my positive impressions of Halo go.
Anger Hatred Anguish Rage Strong in me now, The dark side is. Caused by their attitude, This change is. If it can be redeemed, Only time can tell.
Plan! Sneak into E3, knock out the MS presentation crew. Take their places, retract all the reveal stupidity. MS now has a bunch of E3 promises it has to fill.
I like Halo 4. Fun game. I never played Halo 2 or 3, though. I have played a little bit of the single player in Halo Anniversary.
I probably won't get any of the new-gen consoles. I don't play my PS3 as much as I used to, and if I did want to game, I have a LARGE backlog of PS3 games to play. But if I were to get one, I'd go with PS4.
Mr. Spencer has a point about the super core guys buying anything, I seem to end up with each console every generation. But they'll still choose PS4 first. The second console purchase doesn't come until later, when it's either gone down in price, built up a large enough library of exclusives or a new model has come out. I wouldn't be surprised if I had an Xbox One in my house -eventually-, but right now I'm focused on PS4... Microsoft could be waiting a couple of years for my money.
There is a rumor on NeoGaf that the GPU of the xbox one needs to be downclocked. http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=576869 That said this console is really freaking a lot of people out http://gamerant.com/xbox-one-kinect-privacy-visual-drm/ Microsoft says the Kinect Wont Violate Privacy when the Developers admitted that it CAN still record video and Audio with the Console off. And the purpose of the Kinect is so users don't violate the media rights. So if your over at a friends place and you guys rent a movie, Then it wont play since that rental license is for one user. You have to pay for additional users to watch the movie. That's where the Kinect comes in to determine how many people are there.
Also apparently there are issues with its release in Germany due to its features making it a security system and less of a game system.
Yeah the whole visual drm thing is bothering the germans, and all the restrictions as well. Germany has always been hard on gaming, and this doesn't suprise me that they are having issuses with such a controlling system. Wait...
This case is somewhat unique, because although it's only Germany standing up for it, really they're speaking the minds of almost every person who watched that terrible conference.
I have friends who are buying the Xbox One and of course I want the console that my friends play, so I'll get one. But not right away. Too poor. Also Dance Central 4 would be a huge draw for me, but they haven't announced if that is coming yet. The new Harmonix music game seems intriguing, but we don't know that much about it yet.
Just like most other Japanese, I also don't like xbox including its new version xbox one because the characters on it are not cute. Japanese prefer cuteness and that is why xbox and its related stuff not sell well in Japan.
