Thanks for illustrating my point about why towel tricks are bad. At least you're still under warranty though. Also if the disc tray won't open, you can just pull off the faceplate of the console and use the manual eject (the small hole that you penetrate with a paperclip). Exactly the same as a regular computer drive.
