Scopely Support has been one of the worst IT / customer service factions that I've ever dealt with. No pun intended there at all. From the start, whenever I have had to contact them, in the end it was more disrespectful and downright insulting what "solutions" or illusions of "support" they offered up. At one point, after about the 3rd SEPARATE email I got a response from a "Dominic Reynolds" and he had the gall to claim that they (Scopely) were only the "link" between two parties, essentially placing blame upon unknown party. Granted if that's "accurate" Scopely advertises their name on this product, so ultimately bad or good sequence of events falls upon Scopely regardless of the "We are the middle man excuse". Lastly, when they did finally reimburse me for lost health packs caused by freezing issues, they shorted me by a couple as the character I was using requires 6 health packs to bring him back to full. They only gave me 4.
