    They did the Documents in the Cloud demo over AT&T, so I would assume that at least some of the iCloud features would function over 3G. You'd just have to be aware of your data cap.

    App data can be stored, and developers will have access to iCloud APIs. So yes.

    EDIT: Works on PC's?!

    Oh well I just saw iCloud, didnt say it was a big deal cause it is pretty mean but all else interesting is over. To be honest I can't wait to see whats new in the iphone 5.

    Problem with iTunes on the Cloud, I use other sites to download music as it's less than half the price. But I'll still have to sync it over :(
