On a slight tangent, the AppStore listing says MFI controller support, but the Backbone (which is MFI) doesn't work with the game, any plans to add support?
Along those lines, I haven't been able to test it more since I got the game to work for a bit last night, but 8bitDo Pro 2 X-input mode has mapping issues, including L3 and A being mapped to START.
Game works ok for me, but controller (tried MFI nimbus and Xbox controller) doesn’t work properly. Fix needed please!
Had it pre-ordered, downloaded the game, downloaded the 3.6 GB of additional data, and it just crashes. Every time. iPhone 13 Pro Max. I deleted the game and re-installed it, same thing. They should have named it “Crashfest.”
To fix this problem, dev has already uploaded patched version th Apple, and in this 24 hours, you'll be able to download it and enjoy it probably.
can you please our customer support over our website www.handy-games.com they will ship updates as always in the coming weeks, months, years. So this should not be a problem really.
The Hotfix is still not approved by Apple - we cannot change how things work on iOS. Sorry. As soon it is - I will inform here as well!
The download has nothing to do with the "crash" - those are the data which is required. Sorry for the trouble. We like to wreck really but only in the game. So please be a little bit more patience. Hotfix is uploaded and is waiting for approval. This should fix the issue with the players having it. You will all enjoy the game to your fullest really soon.
Done! Thanks for the follow-up and to everyone at HG for their attention to supporting releases. Great game otherwise. And actually, with the first patch the mapping issue only seems to be affecting L3 now. Face buttons seem ok.
