This is what in my lexicon would be called "lame." That is, not even remotely bad enough to be good. Just bad inside and out. The kind that makes you ask no one in particular, "Seriously? Someone wasted time making this? Why? Will he give me back the 15 seconds I managed to stomach? And more importantly, is "visual assault" covered in the criminal code?" In other words, your friend should quit while he's behind.
To translate things into a simpler stance, Your friend sucks. He shouldn't even bother making videos, because he's already demonstrated that he has no talent.
