There have been rumors that Apple is going to introduce a 7" iPad. Would you buy one for gaming?

Nop. The Touch is ideal size.

Apple will never release a 7" iPad.

I hardly justify an iPad in general for gaming, but I still want one.

As for the idea of a 7" iPad? It's a load of shit first off, and second of all, no way in hell would I get one. iPod touch is idea.

Not just for gaming but I would certainly buy one and play games on it.

7" with the same resolution screen but higher pixel density might actually be pretty awesome.

Definitely this. I've got enough portable gaming devices by now (well, three), but I'd love a touch screen Macbook. At least then it has a real reason for weighing more, and it's still portable, but in that special laptop way that people find acceptable.

A Mac OSX-enabled tablet with app support would boost apple 10 fold

I thought the point of the iPad was it's larger size. Making it smaller defeats 3/4ths the purpose of an iPad

If ever a smaller iPad (would they still call it that?) is to be made I would be very interested in having one for gaming. Love the Touch and portability and all but still would be nice with something a little larger in screen size.

I only use my iPad for gaming, not sure why they would make a smaller one.

If I didn't own an iPod Touch already, and had to choose between the Touch, iPad and a 7" iPad, I'd go with the 7". Not too small, not too heavy, it's a nice middle ground. Already owning a Touch though, I don't see it as a worthy addition.
