Guys, there's something I'm curious about and I didn't find it in the game rules (had few time to read 'em): what will happen when some of the teams will be knocked out? If I have in my team a player that no longer plays in the "real" world cup, do I have to transfer him as soon as he's out or is he automatically removed and I get some credits to buy someone else?
