      I have noticed that I will not even look at a thread for a game if the game has certain words in the title. What will make you completely uninterested in a game based on what it's called?

      Mine are
      Flappy
      Bubble
      Free
      Quiz
      Cookie
      Candy ... Tba

      Takes a whoooole lot to get me to play games that have 'zombie', 'craft', 'block', or 'pet rescue saga' in their titles!

      On the other hand, 'RPG', 'rogue', and/or 'pinball' are like Shaun-catnip. Shaun-nip.

      Flappy is insta-avoid.

      Also, titles with over 5 words.

      "3D" and anything which takes names from great franchises like "Real Speed: Need for Asphalt Racing" cuz it's obviously shit then. (This game actually is real incl the weird name)

      "Best" is also another word to avoid.

      Other than some already named, i tend to ignore threads with:
      - "soft launch"
      - "hidden object"
      - most of the time "endless runner" and "match 3" as well

      Endless Runner - never got into them
      Tower Defense - never got into the tower defense craze.
      RTS - Hate real-time strategy and always have. Can count the games I've enjoyed on one hand (with fingers left over)

      Terms that have been abused and make me wary -
      Action RPG! - "We want to be like Diablo"
      Social Gaming - "Pester your friends!"
      Rogue-Like - "We don't know what this means but it sure is popular right now!"
      Procedurally Generated - "Because saying 'random' is soooo year 2000"

      Same here

      I avoid....

      Endless runner
      Tower defense
      Any game with flappy in the title
      Any game where the dev says it's the best ever
      Titles over 5 words as mentioned above
      Any thread where the dev keeps bumping it
      Any game which mentions bronies

      Well... the old games with Saga in their title were pretty good (Romancing Saga trilogy and Saga Frontier titles come to mind).

      Avoid long titles.
      Developers tend to optimise ASO by introducing too many words in the title... it ends up looking cheep
