(sorry for double posting) I have just extracted 60 full maps from one of the map packs that was included on a CD release of Wolfenstein 3D, entitled "shankenstein". You can download the maps on http://www.nick.fuseirc.net. I have placed them under the "iPhone Wolfenstein 3D platinum custom maps" board. The maps are a little funky, but hey, you get a whole 60 maps worth of new gameplay! I do find it a pitty that the episodes cannot be downloaded in a single package, allowing players to go through the levels seamlessly. Especially seeing that players can skip to the secret maps without having to locate them. It would be nice to see John Carmack implement something to allow for full episode modifications to be downloaded in a single package, and be run in order (also keeping secret levels 'locked' until the player actually unlocks them).
I just found a slight bug. If you play a custom level, pick up a few guns and keys, then quit and download a new level the game places you in the newly downloaded level with all the items that you had upon exiting the other custom map. However, if you launch the map from the custom map screen, the game will clear the players inventory. Obviously, the inventory list is not cleared when a map is launched by the download method. This should be easy as cake to fix.

mine's crashing too. let's hope rage is tested more thoroughly. if i delete it, then reinstall it, won't i lose all my progress?
Wolf 3D, one of my favorite. Wolf 3D, one of my favorite. But I think the developer can advance its 3D image/animation quality. My 2 cents though.
The thing is, for the most part, it shouldn't be a huge deal if you lose your progress since you can start at any level. I understand that you would lose your weapons, but maybe play God mode for a level until you pick up better weapons, then continue as before.
Grr. Upgraded and I'm getting crashing if I try and play any of the SoD maps. Gonna try deleting and reinstalling.
Cool. A console. But what can one do with it? The original Wolf3D cheats were entered with key combos that all included TAB, and the iPHone keyboard doesn't have a tab key.
OH, sweet. Thanks. Now if I can get it to stop freakin' crashing I'd be good... EDIT: Deleted and reinstalled the game, and it works great now.
No target= enemies don't attack you first god= invincible Give all= get everything listCmds= not sure exactly but capitalization matters
Updated, crashed. Then deleted and re-downloaded from AppStore, crashed again. Always at the first level of Spear of Destiny Always near the door that needs a gold key. Anyone else have the same problem? Of course I could skip the level but I'd prefer not to. Going to try to delete it and sync from my iTunes to see if that helps =/
