YES!! I did God mode! You have to hold down all four buttons on the main menu. Deb, just like JC said, come get this now!
ok I'm glad to know that. How do you turn it off? You type in God in again? Been so long that I did that code! Ahh the memories
found anonther one burried a few lines below the others. notarget - enemies don't spot you until you shoot them
you must do the "give" and "notarget" codes while in the game it will only apply to the game in proggress so if you start a new game, you must re-enter it for it to take effect. god mode seems to be the only one that stays on for the duration i feel like there should be unlimited ammo however I do not see it anywhere in the code.
OMG! The god mode! Man when this was released in 92' I was a sophomore in high school. I learned the god mode from word of mouth! Back then kids there was no internet! "update- internet out then, it was dial-up AOL, on a homegrown i486 (66Mhz) with 32meg of ram!, 20Meg Hard drive, and windows 3.11 workgroup!" God I'm old!
Sure there was. It just wasn't the giant shopping mall/social medium/porn distributor that it is now. Back then we Gophered ASCII Porn, and we liked it! ftp> get offmylawn.au
no problem, if I get bored tonite or tomorrow, i'll scavenge for any more, but that's all I see. the only one I could see missing is unlimited ammo, I don't know if it made it into the game or not
These are all the original codes: Code Description god - Enable god mode (invulnerability). notarget - Disable enemy AI. noclip - Disable clipping (can walk through walls, etc). nofatigue - Don't use your stamina bar. give all - Gives all weapons and ammo. give ammo - Fills the ammo for the current weapon. give armor - Gives full armor. give health - Fills your health. give stamina - Refills the stamina bar. give ITEM - Will spawn the specified ITEM. spdevmap MAP - Jump to the specified MAP. dir maps - Use this to get a listing of the maps for the above cheat.
those are quake codes, why post them here? now a bunch of people are going to try these only to find out they don't work
