From everything I've read, the controls need fixing bad. An update which adresses that shouldn't take mich work, if the devs intended to. But walking round the town is tough work tho, lucky you don't have to much. I'm using an iPhone 5 not an iPad tho, you would need the longest thumb ever to play on an iPad.
