I think the earlier post you're referring to about the corner is mine. I apologize, I messed up while writing that and mixed up which levels I was talking about. Level 25 is the one where you need to jump into a corner, not 28. I'll go edit my post so it doesn't confuse anyone else. I also still haven't figured out how to get the hat on level 28. I think I see where it is but can't figure out how to get there. I've tried jumping immediately after getting the last coin at the top of the cliff so that I'll fall closer to the base of the cliff, but can't seem to get close enough.
Aha! Didn't think of trying to dive. I'm going to try it... That did it, thanks! Can't say I would have ever thought of that on my own though. Some of the hiding places are pretty random.
Can anyone recommend any ios games similar to the Windup Knight and Rayman Run games? In other words, an auto-runner but not endless, simple controls, set levels with collectibles, hidden item searches, etc. I have tried Rock Runners but find it too repetitive to be enjoyable. I'm curious if there is anything else in the genre out there worth playing. Thanks!
I still not finding the hat on level 34, can you give another tip! Thanks is the last one that i need!
Hat on level 35 I know that no-one else seems to have a problem with finding the hat on level 35 but apart from the unfindable level 39 this is the last one I need, I have played it so many times and just can't see where it could be. Any subtle hints to guide me who be great.
Level 34 Hint to find the hat on level 34 Spoiler Stand up when you are rolling through somewhere hot Hope this helps
OK, I give up -- I swear I've stood up into every flaming-hot rock at least twice. My head is burnt to a crisp ;-) Any tips on at least which section of the level it's on?
Another hint for level 34: Spoiler As you roll under a couple of hot rocks, you can actually see the hat through the gap between the rocks. And if that's not enough, this should narrow it down some: Spoiler you'll find it while going from left to right.
If you go past where you found it again and look carefully you can see it. The one aid I've used to find tricky hats (other than hints from TA readers) is the Tortoise armor. Buy that, and when you wear it, the game slows down to around two thirds normal speed, which makes it a bit easier to look around for the hat. I also use that for learning some of the trickier quests, especially the catching fairies ones. That's the only piece of gear I've bought, and I probably would have gotten too frustrated with the game by now without it.
Spoiler As you're sliding down a wall, there's an opening opposite you that doesn't need to be there, which only looks like it's blocked by spikes.
