So you suggest that numerous beauty contests held all over the world are also Fugly and discriminating? Interesting.
And where does it says that we gain the right to use these photos? Never even thought of doing that.

I would hardly compare a pageant which consists of talent in addition to looks vs. a contest that consists of a person uploading their photo for others to "judge". Please do some homework. Pageants are not solely based on beauty. There are various sections and each one is judged. In regards to the photos, if someone is uploading them to you for anyone and everyone to vote, doesn't that mean that they will be displayed for all?

Does it really matter to you, since you are choosing not to enter. Everyone that did, just wants an Iphone 3gs for free, and all they had to do was upload a picture of themselves, granted most people are not doing that and replacing themselves with an image of the buff guy in the new Twilight movie.

These guys created an app that is for entertainment value. Picture this: girls out in the night scene they might be drinking/or not, they take a picture of a guy that they think is "FIT" and when they wake up the next day and put his image into the app, then the program says he is "fugly". That app just saved that girls dating life. :) HA HA Just kidding. It is a funny app and the developers are giving out a free device in turn they are getting a lot of people to download their app and it gets the word out about their fun product. That's all. Let it go. Put your protest sign down and walk away.

If you don't like something it doesn't mean everyone should feel the same. We don't force anyone to take part.

No problem. Sometimes people stress and make mountains out of mole hills. I would understand someone griping if they submitted a picture and it was then found out to be used wrongfully in their product(which these are not) but Claridosa is not taking part in the contest and is just trying to open up a can of whatever.

Sooo....do you need my mailing address now, or later, to send me that 3gs? :) HA!
