best way to retain the goodwill is to cancel this contest. Since majority of the fans are fake... u're not going to lose anything but winning the hearts of the supporters
Hi guys! This contest had a great start with nice islands and people voting for this. But in its final stage, the contest has become an absurd competition with hundreds of bogus votes. In short: Now we can't know who is the island with more "real" votes due to the high number of false votes created using cheats. To resolve this atypical situation we have selected the 10 most voted islands and give each one a different number (0-9) and the prize will be given to the number equal to the last number of one national lotto in spain that will be published tomorrow. More details in the Time Geeks facebook. I think that this was the best solution to this contest
Darn I was hoping I would have made the list :-( but I guess I won't be making the donation of the ipad to the school. Good luck to all those who are in it though.

The #1 and #2 before doing cheats they have a lot of valid votes. (more than 100) They had a legal start and because that they are in the final "top10" list although personally I wish they were not
Ya, they do have quite a few valid votes and since it impossible to find exactly how many of them are real, I think you've found a really good solution to this problem. Was surprised to see I somehow made the list. As I already said in the PM a couple of days ago, I didnt enter the contest hoping to win a free iPad. The only reason I did was to see who and how many of the forum members vote for me. Kind of disappointed with lower than expected response but I do appreciate everyone who voted for me Those who didnt, you're on my list now. List of members I need to ban as soon as I get the first chance I hope only the deserving one wins and not one of those cheaters. If I win, I'll give the iPad back to ivanovich as a xmas gift* *I reserve the right to change this statement if I do actually win
