Just read your message Clymos... and to everyone else... First, the contest stated that it would end on the 20th, draw of the winner was supposed to be made on the 23rd... But instead we extended the promotion til the 25th, and drew the winner on the 26th. Announcement would've been made last Friday, but I still needed the go signal from our Marketing Director... I already planned on going through the forums to announce this, but seems you guys beat me to it. So to clarify: A lucky winner's been chosen. The promo ended last November 25th instead of the 20th. Note: There were only 40 entries for this contest, about 10 who didn't really read the contest rules (meaning their entry was legit, but came from different countries)... though there were more than 1000 views on this thread... our promo page only had 255 views based on analytics.

We personally try to engage with our users... therefore we treasure our relationship with the Touch Arcade community. This is the first forum we go into to let people know about our promotions/contests and releases/updates, and the only forum we actively engage in. I don't like to mislead people, so putting out accurate data (though late) is better than no information at all.

Alright glad this is figured out then, and congrats to whoever the winner is I just emailed you because if this contest was never wrapped up by you on the thread you'd have people accusing you of falsely hosting a contest to get people to buy the game and that would've caused a lot of trouble.

Our contest rules are very simple. Our promotions are limited to certain countries or just the US. Normally we go through the process of checking all email addresses, IP addresses, and base it with our in game analytics. Hope this helps.
Ok, but don't you agree that you can live in the Netherlands while having a US account? I don't think your filtering process is right.
