stevepyoung Why has not yet named a winner? It should inform the moderator that you refuse to name the winner in the contest.

I wrote about it the forum administrator arn, that he took the necessary steps to action the user who does not declare a winner for a long time. Anything is possible, stevepyoung may announce the winner later.
But the reviews are based on the app. Many of you seem to think the app was superb and worth 5 stars ('surely' you werent making the reviews up to win a competition were you ?) If there are competitions where theres no winner announced then report it and the mods can look at it (as we cant check every single competition thread all the time). I've also emailed the guy to ask who the winner is
Ha ha funny. I didn't give it five stars. I think removing a review is fair since the developer hasn't followed through with their commitment and someone I don't really care to support. I think changing your review to a negative one would be unethical since the review is for the game and not the contest.

I agree with that, yet on the other hand so many people dont seem to review games, its a shame they only do it when someone waves a few dollars in front of them. I mean a more popular 'game x' might have say just 15 reviews, then some unknown type of game might have more just because someone created a competition for it which is a shame. You might not have given it 5 stars but plenty did (and then plenty will delete these apps after a small period). Makes a bit of a mockery over it all really. Devs want app store reviews, i think more and more people dont bother with app store reviews as theres so many false ones
