The hype is dying for this game they should have release this weeks ago, after the ea c&C anouncement TD game feels kinda lame for me now.

We've been following the game's development closely, and Tracy even got his hands on an early build back at GDC '09. Star Defense revolves (pun intended) around a 3D take on the genre, as aliens invade small planetoids on which you build humanity's last lines of defence. hmmmm, later today, sounds nice, im going on a trip for a while so it would be great to have this game, i would like to see a cheaper price because they took an extra month, but not any BIG price drop, maybe $1-$2 off. Did they plan the release to WWDC?
How much is star defense rumoured to cost? About $5? I've already bought cs.one and real racing these past 2 days! I don't know whether I could resist star defense...
$4.99 and $5.99 have been thrown around, but otherwise no firm pricing info has been disclosed. And it should be out sometime today.
That would be nice as I've been waiting for it to come out. $4.99 seems like a decent price point, we will see.

Based on Eli's comments from the pre-release build, Star Defense should be good. On that note, I've been playing with the pre-release build of Defender Chronicles, and that one is pretty solid especially with the RPG elements.
