I'm having problems with 'The Void'. Crashes all the time during levels, loops sound effects. Now it won't even boot. Get load screen then crash back to desktop. Using itouch 2g. Don't have this problem with any other game. Will deleting and reinstalling the game help? Will I lose all my progress in the game if I reinstall it? I wanted to get a refund for this game but the dev does not leave any contact info for himself. Seeing what a buggy game this is, I'm not surprised.
You can ask Apple for a refund by going through your purchase history to when you made the purchase and clicking on "report a problem" If you remove the game and reinstall it, the data for that game will be erased.
Okay, I 'reported' the problem. Now it says 'done'. It just brought up the whole invoice with other purchases on it. Do I have to wait now until Apple contacts me? Isn't there supposed to be 'fill in the details page' concerning the complaint?
