The only thing revolutionary about that game was the multiplayer, and only because it was the first of its kind that iOS had ever seen. Yeah it was great, but not a game that still makes me go "wow I need to replay this again".

Thanks for the PG heads up. Pity its only a two button affair, looks as though it's going to be more button mashing than epanything else. Though the environments and the character models do look nice...
I'll translate the Russian link once I get home in a few hours, if anyone is still interested by then.
If you get a chance, that'd be great. Sometimes google translate doesn't quite get it right. And idow tends to give out some little bits of info that others don't. Thanks.
I see lots of coins...... Here's the translation: The most anticipated iOS game, Wild Blood, developed by Gameloft on the Unreal Engine was shrouded in secrecy. Now that some time has passed, we have been revealed some features of the upcoming action game. So, in Wild Blood we will plunge into the incredible adventure of the legendary hero Lancelot, our mission to stop the legions of hell and defeat King Arthur himself. Intense, spectacular and bloody battles await players in 10 magnificent levels. Beyond that, Wild Blood has on offer 10 thrilling levels, accessible gameplay allowing for variety and depth of moves: combos, various tricks and special moves. Players will also have access to a multitude of weapons: swords, axes, bows and many other, more dangerous weapons. You will face over 20 different foes and imposing bosses. There will be a multiplayer mode for up to 5 players, including modes like "Team Deathmatch" and "Capture the Flag". Now for the interesting part: Wild Blood from Gameloft will be available on the App Store on the 12th September (according to the current announcement) for $6.99 on the iPhone and iPad.
New trailer and a short preview up here: http://www.gamereactor.dk/nyheder/127351/Wild+Blood-nyt/ Full preview will be up next week in the iPad magazine from Gamereactor (find it on the newsstand) in 8 languages (the link above is in Danish)
Hmmm this could be decent. I hope its not an 'enhanced graphical' version of Dungeon Hunter III, eg arena after arena Mentions levels which i hope are good and not just a huge basic arena. Quite glad with the simple old school controls, looking forward to seeing a proper gameplay video. At that price i hope theres not lots of crazy IAP's though
Agreed, I hope there is a bit of exploration involved in the levels, and not just arena-type battles throughout.
Take a look at the link I posted, google translate. But no worries. It is no DHIII crappy arena. It feels like a "normal game". A bit linear route (I blame the engine). This is more like Gamelofts take on the 3D Castlevania LoS game for consoles than a DHIII. IAP seems fair. So far. I chug down potions like there is no tomorrow. But cans, enemies, barrels etc. drops enough gold to keep me going and being able to upgrade stuff. IAP here seems to be for the impatient. So far.
