I wonder what could possibly be done with these 2 peices of technology together. The video is definitely interesting. Article found here at Gizmondo
Having trouble getting the video up. Any tips? I put the link text in between [y outube] [ / y outube] but it isn't showin up.
Thanks man, I appriciate it By the way, what do I do to avoid this problem to begin with? How did you know what to put? lol Anyways, interesting video ahahaha
Put only the random letters/numbers that come after "watch?v=" in a youtube video link inside of [y outube] [ / y outube] Not the whole link and not the whole embedding link either. And you can find out how to use things like that on TA here: http://forums.toucharcade.com/misc.php?do=bbcode
I'd kinda against using anything bigger than the actual device to control said device. Seems kinda stupid But I am up for a wrap-around controller.
I would never carry around my Wiimote and my iDevices together lol but it would be fun as a indie dev to f*ck around with this idea. Could make some pretty fun stuff.
Anything's better than a virtual d-pad. Though the best non Wii use of the wiimote IMHO is Frets on Fire (Guitar controller and GlovePIE)
Next they need to take the playstation or xbox wireless controlers and allow you to use them on your games for the itouch/iPhone. Now that would be sweet.
It's only a matter of time before they do that with the PS3 controllers. I mean I use them on my PSP, my PC and my friends modded Motorola Razr (for Metal Gear 1 hahahaha) already.
iSamurai should DEFINITELY add a feature like this! That way we can use the screen to look at where to block and such!
Interesting indeed. Wireless controller solution that people already have laying around the house. I'd like to see a PS3 controller paired up too. Edit: granted, this is probably more useful in theory than in practice. but still kinda cool
