If you have a mobile phone/ cell phone you can get an app called Joiku that will turn your phone into a wifi hotspot so wherever you are around the world you can connect your Ipod touch to the phone hotspot and go on safari, app store or play multiplayer with people.. but it only works on phones that can use Sis files...
